Warm-up

A: Turkish Get Up (3 Turkish Get ups/arm)

12 Mins to complete 2-4 rds

– 3 Turkish Get ups/arm

Adv/Int: Medball

Beg: DB/Shoe

+ 5 Box Jumps

+10 Russian Twists/side

B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Teams of 2

12 min AMRAP

1 round each of:

– 5 Burpee Box Jump Overs

– 5 SB (clean)

Then

– 60 mtr Junk Carry
Work in teams of 2. Both partners will complete 5 burpee box jumps and 5 SB or SB cleans (one works, one rests). Then both partners will carry the box and SB 60 mtrs (to old space and back inside). If raining carry around the outside of the mats.
