In a group of 4, with a person starting at each, complete the following:

4 sets:

:60 AMRAP box jumps

:60 AMRAP wall ball shots

:60 seconds AMRAP axel bar complex:

3 deadlifts

3 hang cleans

3 thrusters (75/45)

:60 seconds to complete a 60m keg carry (any way)

:60 seconds rest
Notes: one person begins at each station then rotates through for 4 sets. A regular barbell can be used as well. Score is total reps each round
