– 10 Hard slamball bounces

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 Min EMOM

5 Slamball Cleans

10 Lateral Jumps over Ball

120 Foot Sprint
Work individually or in teams of 2 – break up work in any way desired treat like an AMRAP. Shoot for consistent movement while working. 120 foot sprint is down and back the length of the rig.
