Metcon (No Measure)

Complete for Quality

Teams of 3 – 4 rounds at each movement

Work for :40 secs Rest for :20 sec

Partner 1 – Seated DB Press

Partner 2 – Ring Rows

Partner 3 – Burpee Box Jumps
Each partner will start at a different station. Work for :30 – :40 secs FOR QUALITY, rest transition until next minute.

– Seated DB press should be performed sitting on the floor in a pike position without leaning back. If mobility doesn’t allow, sit on a 45 # plate.
