Warm-up (No Measure)

2-3 Rounds of:

– 5-10 Eccentric Hammy Curls

– 5-10 GHRs

– 5-10 Side Over Arch (R/L)

– 5x Single Arm KB Presses

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

Tabata :20/:10 work/rest

6 Rounds of:

– Assault bike

– KBS

– Tire March

– Air Squats

*Rest :60 secs between movements
Perform all 6 rounds at the same station before rotating. Rest :60 sec to transitionse between movements. You have 4 mins to complete a 200 or Behemoth Tire Drag (choose wisely)
