Warm-up (No Measure)

1. Application of Fitness or

2-3 rounds of:

– 10x Landmine Twist

– 10x Ring Rows (False Grip)

– 10x Ab Roll Outs

– 5x Empty Bar Floor Press @30X1

Floor Press (3-5 Reps @30X1)

Cycle through the following strength components for 20 minutes:

A. 3-5 Barbell Floor Press @ 30X1

Rest 45-60 seconds

B. Heavy 50 Mtr Sled Sprint

C. 50 Meter Heavy Keg Carry
