3. 2-3 Rounds

– 10x Hard Slamballs

– 15x Challenging KBS

– 20 Russian Twists (total)

Metcon (No Measure)

8 Min AMRAP

– 7 SA DB/KB Thrusters

– 120′ Sprint

2 Min rest/transition

10 Mins to complete 2-3 Behemoth tire drags.
Start at either the AMRAP or the Tire drag – Work for no more than 10 minutes at either station. Shoot for 1 round a minute on the Thrusters.
