Warm-up (No Measure)

Game of Choice or 2-3 rounds of:

– 20-30 Row Technique strokes

– 10x Landmine Twists

– 5-10x Hammy String Slides

– Build into your odd object carry

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

18 Min EMOM With a Partner:

Min 1: 120 foot Odd Object carry

Min 2: 10-15 AB or rower calories

Min 3: 7-10 Slamballs + 7-10 Box Jumps
Start at any station. With a partner, alternate movements with one partner performing a complete minute of work, while the other rests. Individual – 15-18 mins (5-6 rounds) work for :30-:45 sec, rest/transition the remainder of the min.
