3. 2-3 rounds

– 10x PVC Pass Through

– 10x Russian Twists/side

– 10x Ab roll outs

Metcon (No Measure)

Perform Every minute, on the minute, for 21 minutes:

Min 1 – Slamballs x 10-15 reps

Min 2 – Push Up Plank

Min 3 – Ring rows x 10-15 reps
