1. General Warmup, Game of choice or Dynamic Lengths

2. 2 rounds of

– 2 Turkish Get Ups/Arm

– 10 Banded chops

– 10 Banded Good Morning @3111

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

3 rounds through – work with a partner or individually.

4 Min AMRAP

– 10 Plate G2OH

– 5 Plate Burpees

– 120′ Pinch Grip carry (Suitcase)

:60 sec rest transition

5 Mins to complete 1 behemoth tire drag
Partners can start on the AMRAP or the Tire drag. On Pinchgrip carry switch arms between rounds.
