Warm-up (No Measure)

1. Application of Fitness or 2-3 rounds of:

– 8-10 Deck Squats

– ME Strict Pull Up or Ring Row

– 5 Hard SB Bounces

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Every 6 Mins For 3 rounds:

Buy In: Behemoth Lap

Then AMRAP of

– 5 Slamballs (50/30)

– 10 Lunges (Lvl II Wtd)

– 60 Foot Carry
Individual or with a partner, Every 6 minutes

for 3 rounds (18 mins), start with a Behemoth lap (3 runs total, @Start, @6:00, @12:00) and then work on AMRAP for remainder of the time. Pause the AMRAP at the end of each round to run Behemoth Lap.
