Warm-up (No Measure)

2. 2-3 rounds

– 10x Banded Chops

– 10x PVC Unders/Overs

– 10/side Russian Twists

Metcon (No Measure)

For those on day 4 of training – active recovery day pacing.

5 rounds for completion (15 mins)

:90 secs to complete

60 Meter Farmer’s Carry

:90 Secs AMRAP or 2 rounds of:

3 Slamballs

6 Push Ups

9 Air Squats
Can work with a partner to share equipment. Partner 1 will have :90 sec to complete a heavy Farmer’s Carry (two objects) to the curb and back.

Partner 2 complete 2 rounds of the AMRAP.

Switch after :90 secs
