B) 5-10 Ring rows

C) 10/side banded Pallof Press

Metcon (Weight)

20 minutes to get through as many QUALITY rounds as possible of:

A) SA DB Bench (on medball)

x8/arm @21X1

B) 60 Mtr Heavy Farmer’s Carry

C) 30-60 secs Lateral Plank

Lvl 1 – from knees

Lvl 2 – legs straight

Lvl 3 – + 2.5-5 shoulder add/flex

SA DB Bench (8 reps per arm)
