Warm-up (No Measure)
2-3 rounds of:
– 2x/side Odd Object Turkish Get Up
– 10x KB Tea Pots/side
– Build into Sled & KB weight for workout
Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)
15 Min EMOM
Min 1 – 10 KBS + 10 Goblet Squats
Min 2 – 50 Mtr Heavy Sled Push/Tire Drag
Min 3 – 10+ Tuck Ups/V Ups
Score will be KB weight & total tuck ups accomplished during workout.
Shoot for :30-45 seconds of work and rest/transition to next station. Establish a baseline during the first round and try to hold that pace for the entire EMOM.
50 Meters = Red line to Red Line, Heavy should feel like a 6-7/10 on the sled. This should take no longer than :30 seconds to complete.
