– 5-7x Natural Leg Extensions

Metcon (Weight)

20 Mins to accomplish as many GOOD sets as possible (rest as needed)

– Bay to Curb – Heavy Tire Drag/Sled Push

– 5 Heavy Slamball/Sandbag Atlas Stone Lifts

– 30 KBS
Score = weight for heaviest successful SB lift
