Metcon (No Measure)

10 Min EMOM the following movements every round:

– 3/5 Burpees

– 5/10 KBS

– 5/10 WBS

After workout complete 1 round of:

– 800 Mtr Tire Drag

– 3:00 Accumulated Plank (F/L/R)
