– 10 Cossack Squats

– 5 Natural Hammy string Curls

With a partner complete 1 round every 10 minutes for 30 minutes (3 rounds)

400 mtr Run

200 Mtr Partner Tire Drag

50 Slamballs
Both partners should work together for each movement. 400 mtr run together, both partners drag the sled, then split the 50 slamballs any way.
