Warm-up (No Measure)

2-3 Rounds of:

– Red to Red Empty Sled Push

– 10x Arch Body Lifts

– 10x Tuck Up/V Ups

– Build into KB & Box jump

Metcon (Weight)

Work with a partner for 5-7 rounds each or 15 minutes:

– 7 KB/DB Deadlifts

– 7 Box Jumps

– 70 Mtr Run (Rig to curb and back)

LVL I – 1 DB/KB (55/35)

LVL II – 2x DB/KBs (70/55)
