The Chief (AMRAP – Rounds)
Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
3 Power Cleans, 135#
Repeat for a total of 5 cycles
*Notes: goal is to keep moving the whole 3 minutes, knowing you have 1 minute rest as the end. Good goal would be to sustain your rounds and reps each round. Power cleans should feel really light, light enough to touch and go all 3 reps, all rounds.
Carry a heavy KB suitcase style for a Behemoth lap. Switch hands every 100 steps
