Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes, complete one set of:

3-5 DB man makers (40/25)

8-10 Box jumps (24/20)
*Notes: goal is to accomplish at least 1 set of the above in the minute time. Score will be total amount of rounds and reps. Reps should be unbroken and smooth, not necessarily fast. Work with a sense of urgency

Immediately at 20 minutes, complete:

Farmer’s carry x Behemoth lap (Time)

1 Behemoth lap farmer’s carry

Accessory Work

Accumulate 50-100 hollow rocks in as little sets as possible

*Notes: choose the progression that will allow the most efficient reps. If you are smoked just getting to 50, cut it there
