Alternate rounds with a partner for 12 minutes:

60 foot “get-up” sprint

60 foot keg/sandbag carry

30 double unders
*Notes: have one partner start on each opposite end of the rig and keep their jump rope down by their end they start at. Start lying face to teh ground, get up and sprint to the keg/sandbag. Pick the object up and carry it back 60 feet then immediately perform your double under/single under work. Once that partner completes their jump rope work, the other partner may begin
