*Notes: For intensity purposes, utilize 1 progression below the progression you can do but aren’t yet effiecient on.

T2B:

Level 1: Lying leg lift (If grip strength is an issue)

Level 2: Kipping straight leg raise (varied heights, the higher the more challenging)

Level 3: Kipping T2B

Snatch:

Level 1: Muscle snatch

Level 2: Power snatch

Accessory Work

Set a clock and work on a weakness for 5-10 minutes
