Building to a heavy single today, doesn’t need to be a max unless you are feeling good from the past 6 weeks of tempo work.
Rest as needed in between efforts
Every 3:00 for 4 sets:

Athletes that finish under the 3:00 window can rest the remaining time. If an athlete misses the 3:00 window, then turn it into an AMRAP for the remaining portion of the time in the workout.
