A. Pass throughs + 2.5lbs x 5 (make sure this is 5 @ closest hand position)

B. Reverse pass throughs + 2.5lbs x 5 (make sure this is 5 @ closest hand position)

C. Shoulder width bar hang x :30 (pronated grip)

D. Wall walk x 1 + 20-30 second hold

Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

Behemoth lap

DB/KB push press x 12

Goal is to try to accomplish each set under or at 2:00. Each round is for time and loading. Load as needed or necessary, each round should be unbroken.
