A. Trap smash (barbell on rack) x 10/side
B. Knuckles touching bar hang x :30 (pronated grip)
C. Wall walk x 1 + 20-30 second hold (5 seconds longer than previous week)
D. Handstand kick-ups x 30 feet

*Loading starts at 135/95. Athletes can go from the rack or the ground. Athletes can choose their own loading and are encouraged to add loading throughout ONLY if efficient mechanics will allow for. Don’t be afraid to stay at the same weight for multiple sets if it is fitting for the intensity desired.
*If an interval takes the athlete 1:00, they will rest 2:00.
*If an athlete rest ends right before the 20:00 is up, they will finish that final round.
*Score for today will be loading of heaviest set.
