Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes (5 sets), complete:

Alt DB snatch x 10 (5/arm)

DB box step-ups x 10 (5/leg)

Keg carry x 50m
*Notes: Sets should be finished no later than 90 seconds to 2 minutes.

Box step-ups: no higher than 20″, if the weight is too challenging, ditch the DB

Keg carry:

L2: 115+/75+

DB Snatch (x 10)

Dumbbell snatch
DB snatch: this should either be a muscle snatch or a power snatch

L1: 35/25

L2: 50/35

L3: 70/50

Accessory Work

Accumulate 60 seconds on each side of a lateral plank
