Power clean + push press + push jerk (12 minutes of work)

Take 12 minutes to work on the barbell complex of:

Power clean + push press + push jerk

**Following each set after the 6 minute mark, perform 10 tuck-ups/V-ups before going back to your barbell
*Notes: Top end starting loads 135/95. Technique is priority here over loading. Work and feel your positions!

Level 1: Build as many quality reps as possible

Level 2: Build throughout the 12 minutes to a tough complex if mechanics allow for

*Notes: 5 minute cap on this workout. Really this workout should be done under about 3 minutes. Whatever weight is chosen, should allow for reps to be strung together and super short breaks when resting. This weight should be about 40-50% max of todays weight from above (if building up)
