15 Overhead Squats, 95# / 65#
5 rounds or 15 minutes, whichever comes first:

OHS x 15 (95/65)

*Notes: Snatch the weight up PROPERLY and choose a loading you can complete 15 reps in a row, no issues with. Depending on the athlete, the coach may prescribe a different movement than the OHS to achieve the desired intensity of the workout

Accessory Work

Lunges (x 10-12)

Grab a partner and complete 2-3 sets:

10-12 lunges

60-120 foot sand bag carry

*Notes: if you can, grab a weight for the lunges. Doesn’t matter what it is, but make it challenging enough for you to accomplish the listed reps. Don’t take the path of least resistance!

Sandbag carry (120 feet) (x 60-120 feet)
