AMRAP in 20: Power cleans/WBS/DU (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP in 20:

10 power cleans 155/105

20 WBS 20/14

30 double unders
*Notes: This workout can be done alone or with a partner. Partners will alternate rep for rep except on the double unders in which one partner will complete 30, then the other will complete 30 before advancing.

Power clean: if you want an extra challenge, use an axel bar for this one 🙂

Double unders:

Level 1: 30 single unders

Level 2: break up the 30 double unders

Level 3: Each does 30 double unders

Accessory Work

Accumulate 2 minutes in a hollow position AND pinching two plates/dumbbells

*Notes: This work can be broken up however desired, just accomplish the work. Don’t sell yourself short, push yourself here as this is the type of work that is unglamorous but can make the glamorous work easier and more sexy!
