Behemoth Burden Run (Time)

For time (30 minute cap):

1 mile run

30 G2OH (155/105)

400m plate carry (45/25)

200m sled drag (Continental or dog sled/small tire + 10-25lbs)
*Notes: This is sheer grunt work, think about chipping away at this workout with a sense of urgency. See this workout as tasks and your goal is to accomplish the tasks with intent.

Mile run: if running isn’t a good option for you, then row or bike for about 8 minutes

G2OH: everyone will do a clean + S2OH here. Think about a weight that you will have to do singles on and that should feel like a 4-5/10 scale. This weight shouldn’t take you more than 2-3 efforts to get to

Sled drag: choose a sled +/- weight in which you can drag the entire 200m with only 1 stop at the turn around. This should be a tough drag, but nothing that forces you to stop but maybe at the turn around
