A: Deadlift (5 singles every 2:30-3:00 for 5 sets)
A. Take 3-5:00 to establish first working load (if you find it before 5:00, don’t keep building. This first weight should be about a 4/10 difficulty)
*We will work the lowering portion of the lift. That means we will take the bar back down to the ground, re-set, then lift, rather than dropping from the top.
