Deadlift (5 singles every 2:30-3:00 for 3 sets)
A. Take 5:00 to establish first working load (Some folks did a pretty shitty job at this last week. This first weight should be realtively easy to the individual. About a 4/10 difficulty)
B. Perform 5 singles every 2:30-3:00 for 3 sets
*Athletes need to take the bar back down to the ground, re-set, then lift, rather than just drop from the top.
*This is our second week here. You should have a better feel of where you want to start and end. We are looking to build off of last week, but this doesn’t necessarily mean “more weight”.
Push-up (As many QUALITY reps in 8:00)
8:00 to complete:
As many QUALITY push-ups as possible
Every time you break, perform:
:30 elbow plank
60 feet walking lunges
Adv: hold a DB/KB suitcase style (no heavier than 35/55)
