Deadlift (3 singles every 2-2:30 for 5 sets)

A. Take 5:00 to establish first working load

B. Perform 3 singles every 2:00-2:30 for 5 sets

Athletes need to take the bar back down to the ground, re-set, then lift, rather than just drop from the top.

We are looking to build off of last week, but this doesn’t necessarily mean “more weight”. No sloppy reps off the ground.

A: Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

1 set of:

:20 of max effort double KB front rack walking lunges

Rest :40

B: Metcon (Time)

With a partner, immediately following, perform 3 sets in “you go, I go” fashion:

This workout has two components. Immediately following the 2 minutes, partners will alternate rounds of pushups + lunges for 3 total sets each. They will perform the SAME amount of push-ups and lunges that they completed in the initial test round.
