Deadlift (3 singles every 2:00-2:30 for 3 sets)

A. Take 5-7:00 to establish first working load

B. Perform 3 singles every 3:00 for 3 sets (no more than 10:00)

Athletes need to take the bar back down to the ground, re-set, then lift, rather than just drop from the top.

We are looking to build off of last week, but this doesn’t necessarily have to mean more weight.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

9:00 clock:

A. 50 wall ball shots

then

B. Max rounds of:

15/11 push-ups

7 box jumps
Choose a box you can elevate onto rather than just picking up your feet.
