Barbells for Boobs 2017 October Rewards Challenge #2 (3 Rounds for reps)

3 sets:

AMRAP in 3:

10 front squats (115/75)

10 burpees

Rest 3 minutes
*Notes: Score will be total reps each 3 minutes. Start at the top on each new set. Full recovery after each set should allow you to work at a higher intensity. Shoot for hitting the same amount of work each set.

Front squats: Choose a loading that will allow you unbroken reps each time

L1: 45/35

L2: 75-95/45-65

L3: As suggested above
